Anodising
An electrolytic passivation process used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of CNC machined metal parts.
Heat Treatment
This is a controlled process used to alter the microstructure of metals and alloys such as steel and aluminium to impart properties which benefit the working life of a component.
Grinding
Grinding is an abrasive machining process that uses a grinding wheel as the cutting tool. We are able to offer surface and cylindrical grinding to our customer base.
Plating
The plating process is a manufacturing process in which a thin layer of metal coats a substrate. The technique results in several benefits, including; improved corrosion resistance, enhanced strength and an aesthetic component appearance.
